I found this product very useful. I’ve been using them for two months and have lost 5 kilos. You have to follow the directions. Mix one measure of the powder in 375ml of water. The granules will not dissolve. Drink this portion quickly. Then refill the glass with another 375ml of water to drink down the rest of the granules. I prefer to not mix with a smoothie as the granules will thicken into a gel if stirred too much. Wait 15-60 minutes before eating food. These helped to lower both my cholesterol and sugar levels.

Good stuff in a smoothy. Just be careful and don't be tempted to use more than you should because it will give you a bit of jip if you don't follow the guide line of use for the first few weeks

This made no difference to my hunger or my hypoglycemia. Plus it is unpleasant and slimy to drink when added to water. Waste of money- thanks Dr Hyman.

It is very difficult to mix into anything....but persist, I have lost 8lb since starting with PGX and it has been done eating reasonable amounts of food and not feeling hungry in between.

Great. Does what it says on the tin. Highly recommended. Only downside is it’s too expensive.
