Does the Trick
This unit is made of heavy duty aluminum and works great. It comes with the tool for an easy install. The only disappointment was the extension rings were all in a varying shade of red, so it looks kind of cheap. However, it does do the trick and lifted the handle bars easily.

Unacceptable failure
Just broke out of the blue in the middle of my daily commuting. Could have had a very nasty accident. Fortunately I fell on a roadside lawn, and got away only with minor cuts and a couple bruises.I use my bike for commuting to work, so I didn't put any special strain or abnormal force on it. Beware before buying this!

Adjustable and worked well
Wasn't sure what I wanted but this worked well and using washers provided allowed for much variation. Good stuff.

Easy install
Just installed mine. Fits just as expected. All hardware needed was included. Raised my handle bars 2 much needed inches.

You can raise your handlebars 1" to 3". In my picture you see the bars raised 3".
