Been buying this product for several years. Keeps well, I use for baking, in my coffee, and even mix it up for a glass of milk with cookies!

I like the convenience of being able to mix up a small amount when needed for cooking or on cereal. It's kind of pricey, but I have a lot of milk go bad when using fresh milk. BUT lately I've noticed it doesn't dissolve as well in cold water, so have been mixing it with hot tap water and refrigeration it if I'm using it for cereal.
