Nice, sturdy resistance bands
Usually I use the resistance bands at our local "Y" gym...but we are living through the COVID-19 pandemic, so that option is, for the time being, not so attractive! :/ With germ-free workouts in mind, I purchased these resistance bands to use at home. They are nice and sturdy--good quality with an acceptable--for me & my spouse--range of resistance!They arrived in a neat, practical nylon tote bag, so it will be easy to take them on trips, etc. if I should need to travel.

Awesome results
Love these! We started using these for our hiit workouts And I noticed results that weren’t there from just doing push-ups. I didn’t have a whole lot of upper body strength and these bands help me to build that up!

Sturdy Band.
If you're looking for something to assist you in learning pull ups this is great. The band is really sturdy and I don't have any fear that it will snap. I got the green one to start with but will probably order some of the lighter ones as I progress.

A solid training band that can hold up
These are fantastic! I use the two thickest bands to help train my 200lb self to pull ups, my husband uses the thinner ones for resistance training.

Bought this for my training sessions!!i love it, I do mobility work with the bands, warms ups and resistant training. Theses bands are well made and I highly recommend them

Good to Go! Get Some!!!
I've only used them once after having them a little over a week. I was exposed to them in a HIIT class. I only use them for assisting with pull-ups after I have maxed out on doing them on my own. They seem to be sturdy and durable but I've had them for no more than two weeks.

Love these
These bands are really well worth the money. I use them for pushup, pullup, curls, stretching and quite a few more exercises. I use them as a finisher to the various exercises being done as well. I wanted to see how they would hold up after a few weeks and they work really well. They are well worth the money and i would highly recommend them.
