Overall the appearance of "heavy thighs" has decreased as that's a typical spot that estrogen collects. And generally my mood is quite even and quite good. I have taken this product for over a year and the one time that I decided to take a break from all supplements, this one and my collagen supplement I missed the most and have reintroduced them and intend to stay on them.

Caused hot flashes
I ordered this under my husbands account. I am a Post menopausal woman and from day one of taking them I started having hot flashes again. I took for 4 days hoping the two weren't related however the hot flashes increased and subsided when I stopped taking them. Returned the product. The reviews were positive so I'm sure it is a great product but just didn't work for me!
