I got this product at my local Dominican store as I have biracial hair. I have straight hair on top and curly on the bottom! I put this cream on my damp hair (starting at the bottom)and even a little more when it is dry when needed. It does not perform a miracle but it does soften the curls and some of the waves in my hair. I prefer a less damaging process for my hair versus straightening it with a flat iron. It leaves your hair soft and the texture looser. It smells good and very inexpensive. I like it so much I will go back to the store and purchase the shampoo to see how it works on my hair. The shampoo says it's sulfate free which is important for me. When i use the shampoo I will write a review about it :)
