Nice and light and healthy alternative to plastic.

I was looking for small cutting boards to replace my small plastic cutting boards as I was beginning to worry about bits of micro-plastic transferring into food during cutting. These are perfect for cutting up fruits and vegetables. They are only 1/4" thick so they aren't as bulky as my other wooden cutting boards. Just wash them under warm running water with dish soap and a sponge and dry them well with a towel after use. No dishwasher or soaking in the sink. I'm going to treat them with the same cutting board oil I have for my larger wooden cutting boards and I think they will last for quite a while.

I bought these for my kids to give them their own boards to cut on during little cooking lessons in the summer. They came super rough with splinters and an unsmooth surface. After a few uses and washes the larger one bowed and split right down the middle making it totally useless. I have cutting boards from bamboo that are 10 years old and still great quality. These are shoddily made and couldn’t even be sold at the dollar store. Wish I’d returned them when I sszfirst saw them. Save your money.

I use these cutting boards for original art work with a wood-burning tool. I love the smooth surface and durability of this product, and my customers fall in love with them when they see the kitchen tools with my designs on them.

These aren't bad. The edges are sharp, be careful not to cut yourself when washing. A little thinner than I'd like a cutting board to be.

I LOVE them! Great quality and I love the sizes. I can choose a small size...it is small, but that's what I was looking for, or I can use the bigger size. They clean up well and do not show cut marks like my other wooden cutting boards. I will from now on use only bamboo in my kitchen.

I used mineral oil to condition and protect these to cutting boards just like other cutting boards we have had. This time one of them warped after a few washings and broke along one of the seams/joints.Most likely due to how thin they are and the glue used to bond the bamboo together.

Thus thing is very hard yet won’t damage a knife due it it being wood. Surface is smooth and very easy to clean. Looks great hanging in my kitchen and you get two very handy sizes!
