High Ponytail Hole Baseball Hats Cap for Women,Messy Bun Hat Adjustable Cotton and Mesh Trucker Baseball Sun Cap Black (Black/Grey)

I purchased these hats to have in time to go camping because they looked really cute in the photo.First of all, I took them out of the packaging and they smelled really gross. Secondly, I got dye on my hands just touching it for a few minutes as I was trying to adjust the strap in the back. Which brings me to my third issue, the strap is ridiculous and is supposed to stay in a hole designated in the back but it’s difficult and time consuming to put it in all the way while adjusting and afterwards. Fourth issue, believe it or not, they were not the hats that were pictured, clearly significantly smaller with out the same stitching. I’m so thoroughly disappointed in this product I will be returning most definitely. And now I don’t have anything to take camping with me tomorrow. Thanks a lot!

the black hat had a hole in it, requested a replacement order and sure enough the second hat shipped also had a hole in it.
