I have never tried this brand before, but I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of ingredients. I have taken other supplements in this combination seperately. However, I feel that it works quite well. However, you need to start slow and work up to the maximum dosage. If you start out too strong, you will most likely experience Herx reactions. However, if you want to get better, this is a definite try. I feel like its one of the best supplements I have used for parasites, and made great improvement. I tried taking first thing in the morning, and also last thing at night. Both strategies worked just fine. As i continue, I would probably do both, morning and night, but again go slow!

I initially took three capsules early in the morning with an empty stomach. Approximately three months later for me to feel my digestive system gradually shift to a younger, healthier status (bowel is emptied completely). I then had a break for the holidays.In January, 2020 I switch to consuming three capsules every evening , because I'm on 13-hr intermittent fasting, hoping Mimosa Pudica would have a better environment in my digestive tract to create a greater microbial balance. I've noticed not only my digestion is better, but also my overall well being (specially during the Covid-19 season).

I did not know what Mimosa Pudica Seeds were until a friend recommended I try out this product. And let me tell you I love it! Not only was I able to tell the difference within just a few days of using it, but my gut feels healthier and I feel more energetic throughout my days. Mimosa Pudica Seeds are known to help kill parasites and after taking it I noticed that I was able to digest things more easily. My body felt lighter and I didnt feel as heavy after eating my meals throughout the day. Not only that, but it helps with mental health as well. Within the first week I felt like I was able to have more of a clear mind with a better train of thought. I love love love this product and wish I had been taking it sooner! Very happy with this product!

This product in fine print has wood filler, and glue binder added into it be wary also they won’t let you return it even if it’s not opened that’s some BS!

I did a bit of research on mimosa pudica before purchasing this supplement, and I found that this is a master helper to the intestinal system of body! I knew prior that gut health is highly responsible for our overall health, yet hadnt taken anything for it up until this supplement. It took a few days for me to really notice what was happening but I could begin to feel a lot sharper throughout my days, clearer in my body, and had more sense of ease digesting. Its amazing how over the course of a few weeks I began feeling overall healthier. What ever parasites or toxins I had in my gut, it was affecting my greater sense of functional health. Now having this supplement by my side I dont feel the need to purchase excessive juice cleanses or be overly cautious with dieting.

This is NOT mimosa pudica SEED. Mimosa pudica seed will gel in water. I tried this to verify because I wasn’t having the same type of poops with straight up MP seed and this DID NOT GEL. If you’re looking for MP SEED and are expecting the same results with this you will be disappointed. Not mp seed. Pretty misleading that the company promotes this as SEED when it clearly is not seed. Not sure how the product works otherwise because it’s only been a few days but I had to review based on it not being what the company said it is. Buy the more expensive pure mp seed from another company for the real stuff. I’ll continue taking this because of the other ingredients in it but now I have to buy mp seed to compliment.
