Westbrass Disposal Air Switch and Single Outlet Control Box, Polished Nickel, ASB-05

My switch for my disposal was under the sink in our new house and it was a pain to turn on and off (firstworld problem, I know, but still..).We had an open space on the countertop by the sink, and this fit in perfectly! Now it looks so seamless and it's very easy and smooth to utilize the disposal. It looks SO professional! I love it!This will actually dress up your kitchen. A MUST-HAVE!My boyfriend installed it in about 5 minutes. Piece of cake. Just follow the instructions. (It took longer to empty out under the sink than it did to install the switch.)It looks GREAT and matches all of my stainless appliances.

This air switch works well and looks great. Check under your sink before you buy. My water line is below the outlet and the box didn’t fit in that space. I had to unscrew the outlet and turn it upside down for the box to fit. Not the most elegant solution but it works great.

Haven't installed it yet, but quality looks great. Button is definitely metal. Feels solid. I can hear the switch engage when I press the button - even with the whole length of the hose. Easy to install - just plug it into the outlet, plug in the disposal unit and connect the hose to the switch button. I can't wait for the countertop guy to drill the hole.

I love this Air Switch and trim unit. It comes with both the air switch itself, plus the gorgeous 'oil rubbed copper' button. I had a really difficult time finding a matching button that could sit next to my oil rubbed bronze bridge faucet. Oil rubbed bronze has a lot of variations in color across brands and products. The faucet I purchased had a lot of metallic flecks of color and looked almost copper. I originally ordered the oil rubbed bronze switch trim unit from this same exact company (Westbrass) however, the color was a plain flat brown (it used a powder coated paint.) I decided to try the antique copper to see if it would match. I'm so glad I did! It is a very shiny metallic copper with a darker aged effect over it that resembles 'oil rubbed'. It is only a minor shade lighter than my faucet and my husband tells me I'm the only one who notices it because I'm obsessively staring at it. I have to say I do love it and recommend it. It you're not sure which ones will match, just order a couple and hold them next to your other faucet(s) then return whatever doesn't work. It's really the only way to be sure you will like what you order.

Good looking, good quality, works well and at a reasonable price. There was a protective coating over the button that was a bit gummy but I'm glad it had it to protect from scratches.
