I have been premature gray since I was about 17 years old..I'm in my early 40's and embrace my white hair. (Yes its white not an actual gray) and I have used evey product for "gray" hair on the market. from time to time I semi permanently color it using an Ion brand red....hard to get out lol! Well this works wonders with the shampoo. It takes a while like months but it works. I just stay in braids or whatever until it's ready. When I'm not trying to get rid of a color and I use it on my relaxed white hair it is the BOMB!! It keeps it shiny and white and i get soooo many compliments to where people think I purposely colored my hair. So I have named my color when they ask "101 Gray" lol. Thanks for a great product.

White beard but it is somewhat greasy. Like the whiteness but I have to use it sparingly because of the greasy look it leaves behind on my thin hair.
