Excellent training tool.
I found a product like this years ago and loved it so I saw these and had to try them out. They are great. The lightest one is perfect or even too light for beginners (maybe good for kids) and they go up to extremely difficult. Perfect for strengthening your grip or just mindlessly getting a pump if you're stuck at a desk.

Very comfortable, and totally silent to use!
These are very nice! They have a smooth feel in my hand, and I can definitely tell the difference in the three resistive formulations. One question I have is if there is an optimal position of the hand/wrist/arm to get the most benefit when using these? For example, it is much easier to squeeze one if I hold my knuckles against my leg (sitting), but I am going to guess that somehow is using additional muscles, so I am "cheating" the intended goal of increasing grip strength. I would guess they are intended to be gripped without touching anything else from the elbow out to the hand. But if anyone has any suggestions on this I would like to hear from you.

mixed reviews
I purchased all six strengths: 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80. I already owned these types of rings from GripPro. I wanted to test these against GripPro. GripPro only sells 30, 40, and 50 lb. strengths. Grip pro is roughly the same price and is made of superior material which allows the ring to recoil at a quicker rate. I can feel a slight delay with whatever these rings are made of. The "only" benefit of these rings is that they come in the 60, 70, and 80 strengths. If you know anything about progressive resistance, you don't need them. The two companies sell them for about the same price. So long as the rings are available from GripPro, I would not recommend these.

Great product
This is great. Had a minor stroke a few years back (at a very young age). I also ha e carpal tunnel in each wrist and have had surgery on the right. My left grip is extremely weak and I need to build strength grip in both hands. I have the 30/40/50 lb set. I was afraid I would even be able to manage the 30lb. The weight resistance was initially challenging because of the aforementioned issues, but extremely comfortable to use and my left grip and definitely improved.

Terrific for hand therapy!
This is a great set! Comes with a handy carrying bag too! They are durable and feel great to hold. I use them regularly after extended sessions in the shop. Cons: 1: your coworkers will think there are toddler stacking toys on your desk, and 2: your dog will think they're for him. Keep them off the floor!

Get "Popeye" forearms without making your wallet look like "Olive Oil"!
I worked in Customer Service, taking phone calls most of the day. Great price for a nice selection. The 30 lb. ring is perfect for my wife, who had some tendon issues and is enjoying the workout from these. I started with the 40 lb. and have moved up to the 60 lb. and it's really helped with grip strength. when lifting weights. The bag is also a nice addition to keep everything together. Glad I shopped around and grabbed this deal!

These are great
Excellent product. Get multiple resistance levels for increasing or decreasing difficulty. Jiu-Jitsu sparring partners are telling me I have a strong grip.

Good Value
I do twelve reps in sets of ten they are stiff but show no signs of cracking or wear I doubt if a metal spring style would out last these.

Love on first squeeze
These are great for training grip strength. Comfortable to hold and squeeze. Unlike spring grippers circular design allows to apply pressure more evenly throughout and feels much more natural complemented by the fact it's rubber and you can sink in your fingers. Thumb also gets more involvement.

Good product, but not what was advertised.
I was very excited to use these rings to improve my grip strength for circus training and rock climbing. However, what I actually received was only two out of the three advertised rings - the 30lb and 50lb. No 40lb ring was received (even though this was advertised as a 3-ring kit) and no carry bag. Beyond that, the rings feel good in the hand, appear to be made of decent quality silicone and there is no squeaking sound when using. The 50lb is challenging enough for now, but I'm still disappointed in not receiving the full set.

No moving parts, but they are hard work.
A lot harder than I first imagined. I use then when walking, however, you couldn't use them for a prolonged period without gloves on. Summer, I'll have to see? No problems though just doing a quick 100 and then put them down. No moving parts was my reason for buying them.

Get a grip
So always looking for a challenge got these for a change,no rubber smells, has a little bag for storage, weight is printed on the side. They fit in the hand well In summary if you can close the 100lb grippers then this set is good (for warm up a 60lb) 80lb is challenging, not for beginners.

Great for a fiddle toy for OCD suffers
I brought these for my son who struggles with OCD, one of his symptoms is that he gets the urge to squeeze things and streach his arms, hands etc trying to relive a sensation.. it causes a problem in class and we've been hunting for something small he can hold in his hand to squeeze to help with the tension :) it's worked wonders! This product was the perfect thing and we've seen noticeable improvement in his ability to concentrate in school since he got them last week :) thank u!
