If you rinse before using theses are excellent- large, plump and tender with no grit. Would definitely purchase again.

Great taste
Never made Escargot so I thought I would give it a try. I used these and was very impressed. Taste was good and their was no sandy crunch. The package says 24 snails per container and I was shorted one but other then that they were great.

Very good escargots
Escargots we’re extremely fresh and tasted very good. We used herbs and black garlic to top them off and slow cooked till tender in snail shells.

Great product, made them last night.
I like this product, the snails are large but not too large and fit nicely in snail shells that I have.I made a nice escargot garlic butter, put the snails in the shells and put them in the over for 5-10 min.Everybody loved them, they reminded me of snails I ate in France.I will buy them again
