Great for the price!
Pretty good for the price. I bought this to wear during my boot camps and it does make it more challenging. Great purchase!

It is helpful in improving your workout. I can only use it a few minutes at a time in the beginning, but I keep working my way up.

Good value, makes workouts better/harder
Comfy and soft (for a weight vest 😃) it could Velcro a smudge tighter at the waist to make it tighter, but the side tethers make up for it some. However, I’m a pretty small person. I like it.

Fits well, weight distribution is very comfortable. Got a 12 and came back for a 20.

It’s sold as one size fits all but it didn’t fit me so I have to return it.
