Ordered the 10 lb one for my husband. I will use it some but it was mostly for him now and for me to grow into. One problem we’ve had is that there isn’t any shoulder padding. It is just double material but no comfort padding. We will be using it but this is a major problem for us. For that I took a couple of stars off as the inventor should have thought of this. It does hang well and weight is fairly evenly distributed. I ordered another brand that is 6 lb and I am using that one mostly until I build up strength. My husband is using this one mostly and using another one which is w0 pounds as he loses weight. He wears one to work everyday under his vest or lightweight jacket.

Fit is a little snug. I’m 6’1” and about 195lbs. I bought the 10lb version of this vest to run with. I had to set it to the largest setting to make it fit. The single Velcro strap fastens right at my diaphragm. It doesn’t restrict my breathing but it’s tight. I feel it needs an additional strap across the top at the shoulders to keep it from riding too far down to the side of my arms. Even still, the weight feels evenly distributed.The small pockets on the shoulder straps come in handy. I place my key fob in there so I don’t have to worry about running with a set of keys.

I wear it on the treadmill. a. little added pressure. like it.

The vest cut into my shoulders and was painful to wear after less than an hour of use. Ended up returning it.

Pretty good for the price. I bought this to wear during my boot camps and it does make it more challenging. Great purchase!

This is a very good quality vest. I was really excited for it and I wish it worked BUT unless you have a flat chest, this will not fit comfortably

Fits well, weight distribution is very comfortable. Got a 12 and came back for a 20.

It is helpful in improving your workout. I can only use it a few minutes at a time in the beginning, but I keep working my way up.
