I am absolutely thrilled with the gotonovo Rain Shower System Matte Black that we recently purchased for our bathroom remodel. This was actually the third shower system we bought, after returning two others that were much more expensive and didn't meet our expectations. I have to admit, we were a bit hesitant when we ordered this system, but it has exceeded our expectations in every way.First of all, the gotonovo Rain Shower System is absolutely stunning. The matte black finish looks sleek and modern in our bathroom, and it adds a touch of luxury to our daily routine. But more importantly, the water flow is amazing. It feels like we're showering in a high-end hotel or spa. The rainfall showerhead is especially wonderful, and it really makes us feel like we're on vacation.Installation was also surprisingly easy, although we did hire a plumber to do the work for us. Our plumber had no trouble installing the shower system, and it was up and running in no time. I'm not sure how easy it would be to install on your own, but I would definitely recommend getting a professional to help you out.Overall, I can't recommend the gotonovo Rain Shower System Matte Black enough. It's beautiful, functional, and adds a touch of luxury to our daily routine. If you're in the market for a new shower system, this one is definitely worth considering.

I used this for my recent bathroom remodel. Was in two minds if I should get the $800+ Delta or this at a far cheaper price. Keeping my fingers crossed went ahead and ordered this. Had my plumber check it out before installing and he said it appeared well constructed with all metal construction (if he had said there were plastic parts, I would have returned it without hesitation).Its installed and running now and standing under the 12" rainfall shower is a zen-like experience! It blends in well with my decor, so on the photo does not show very well. Just not sure why the huge price difference between this and Delta, I guess time will tell.

Looks and works great. Paint on the hose started chipping after about a year, but support sent a new one for $20.

We were looking for a large rain shower head system for our bathroom remodel. The reviews on this product were the best as well as customer support. It was installed by a professional, not myself, however there were no issues or complaints from them. We have two, one on each side of the walk in shower. The one side had a bad thread apparently though and I reached out to their customer service team. They responded quickly and send me a replacement part that I installed myself no issues. The only "complaint" which is very minor, is that they asked for pictures( understandable ) but then after I sent the pictures they asked for a video of the issue. If they wanted both that is fine, I just wish they asked for everything at once as it added time to getting a replacement part. That is a very minor complaint and the only inconvenience. Otherwise they had fast response and send a the part right away after verifying. The shower system works great and the matte black finish goes well. It is only a couple weeks old, so if anything happens with it in the future I will come back and update. If there is not update, there are no issues.

We ordered this to update during a bathroom renovation and after our first couple showers we are super happy with it!! I was a bit hesitant after seeing the price difference between this item and some other well know brands. When unboxed it felt durable and the finish was exactly what we were looking for. The knob to switch between waterfall head and handheld works perfectly. Would definitely recommend at this time!

Whenever I open it with handle, the water comes out from the handle pipeline. Figured out After I installed everything and it takes a lot effort to uninstall. Very bad quality.
