I rarely find something worth 5 stars BUT OMG, this product is like crack for hair!! I use spray or mousse......maybe once a year so, I strictly purchased this so that I can prep my hair for the dye. WOW......my hair literally feels weightless! Ive never not used conditioner and because I was prepping to dye, I didn't, and WOW! My hair is not only weightless but still manageable. I dont understand, but I am officially a fan! I was so shocked that I wanted to see how ny hair would feel tomorrow (today). Combed/brushed through it beautifully! The scent is hella light, friendly for all. I cant imagine it getting any better with the conditioner but will be getting it!!!!!

It works really good. My hair was fading unbelievably quick. It’s purple and it kept going pink. I used this shampoo before using attic fix dye and bam finally! The color has lasted so much longer, stayed really bright also.My hair had looked dull before.I would give this 5 stars but it does dry my hair out really bad. I have healthy hair so I just used a deep conditioner at the end of every thing. My hair feels great.If you have dry or damaged hair, I’m not sure that I’d use this. If I did, I’d dilute it and use a great conditioner and then some leave in or oil before you style it!

I originally bought it to use before dyeing my hair with henna, but I liked it so much that I use it once a week to remove buildup from my shampoo bar. I have a sensitive scalp, and it doesn't irritate it. I have sensitivity to fragrances, so I was really happy that It has a nice smell that's not overwhelming.I recommend not buying it during winter months. The first bottle likely froze in transit, so it became a thick gel, and it was hard to get it out of the bottle. This one was perfectly fine.

I used it once since I got it. I washed it twice though. Took if most off the buildup and the orange discoloration from dry abused hair.. Hair came out clean and the color took a lot better when I recolored it after drying the hair. It is not more drying than most average clarifying shampooes. I will probably use it once every two weeks or so.

No idea how good it works compared to any other clarifying shampoo, but holy cats is it a stinky little beast.

This shampoo does a great job of removing product build up from the hair and preparing it for color if desired. I used it without conditioner follow-up, so it left my hair drier than usual and more tangly. But, it was soft and manageable once dried.

Overall it works well. Isn't drastically pulling the color our of my hair but does a bit every time, and I see the color washing down the drain. I don't know why some people like the smell...I'm not a grapefruit fan in any regard and I believe that's the scent. Also super drying! Hair feels like crap after but I'm still satisfied overall, it's doing what I want it to do, and I like supporting Manic Panic.

I treated my hair with a turmeric mixed with aloe vera treatment and it dyed my hair bright yellow-gold. A lot of the yellow came back out with a few regular washes but it looked like my white hair was destined to be that ugly yellow color instead of white until it grew out. I lathered the Manic Panic on my hair twice and got the results I hoped for. I am thrilled.
