Update: I loved this sharpener so much, and I couldn't beat the price, so I thought I'd go ahead and reorder it. The other 3rd Grade teacher got one, too. BOTH OF OUR NEW SHARPENERS BROKE WITHIN A WEEK! I could NOT believe it! It's actually almost laughable! DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK!I LOVED this little sharpener...while it lasted. I got this for my classroom (I teach 3rd Grade), and it worked beautifully. Great, sharp point every time. I loved the ability to choose the sharpness of the pencils and the auto shut off feature. Plus, it looks really cute and cool--like a little robot! But IT BROKE WITHIN ONE WEEK OF ME HAVING IT! I was SO disappointed! And with it being the beginning of the school year, I didn't have time to get on here and ask for a turn and get it in the mail. By the time I was able to do that, it was too late and no longer eligible for returns. I write and asked for help with it anyway, and didn't receive a reply. I think the reason it broke may have been that the shavings drawer was too full...? That was the only thing I could think of. So if you decide to purchase this, make sure you empty the drawer VERY frequently. It is tiny and fills quickly.

This is a really nice pencil sharpener. The neon 80s retro look is different, but I don't mind it when it performs so well.

This pencil sharpener is so much cooler than I dreamed it would be. My grandson loves it, and the safety features are amazing. Reminds us a little robot.

This is cute and looks nice on the desk. It is easy to use but sometimes leaves the pencil with one side longer than the other so you have to resharpen it. My kids loved using this so much that they used to break pencils just so they could sharpen them. We have since moved it out of their reach.

Does the job but not that well. I should have spent just a few more dollars to get something better

This product surprised me it workes well and gas a cute cool robot look that my son loves. I use it for coloring pencils and it sharpens them with no problem and does stop like it is suppose to.

Item has small reservoir for used shavings... great for the price.

This thing is cute but it did not work. Had to return it.
