The product overall works well.The machine is fine with its functionality. However, the diaphgram & the silicone breast shield have been damaged very quickly. One of the diaphgram is not at all working for the past 1 week now. Tried contacting the customer support team for spare parts, even mailed them, but no response as of now. This is very discomforting on the company's part as the mother is facing immense troubles because of the issue.
