This is a great product for anyone who does not want to have to buy replacement sealing bags. These bags and containers have lasted my mom forever now and it still holds a great seal. When she has the family over a cook-out, she is always pulling the meat out of the freezer in these bags. She loves it, and now I want one for myself. Would recommend. So far I've used it almost exclusively on cheese, and it seems to me that it takes a while longer for my cheese to get moldy. I don't often keep cheese in the refrigerator long enough for that to be a problem, though, so I can't be sure that it's actually helping.It comes with instructions to press down on the center of the port on the plastic bag or lid when the device stops. So far that doesn't seem to accomplish anything - nothing happens when I do that, and nothing seems to be any different if I don't bother to do it.

Delivery was fast. Beautiful item fast shipping. Bought for daughter in law but they were moving .Loved the items included . Quality was awesome. Will try to order one for myself now. So sent it back but only received part of payment. Would like my full refund only received 32.00 I was charged 85. Called 20 times trying like crazy to get my money. proof now from their receipt. I even told rep to send it back . Great product . But beware of errors that happened to not just me but no action from Amazon.

We used this to keep vegs fresh longer. And this worked great! It was a lot quieter than I expected!Only downside I can think of is the lid of the container wasn't easy to clean. It seems like we cannot disassemble it completely to clean. Also, if you have something around the top of the container or lid seal, it will leak. Make sure to clean top portion of the container all time.Included plastic bag was thin and not sure how many times I can reuse it. You may want to skip this, and get other set which doesn't include the plastic one.

I don’t like writing bad reviews, but I gotta on this one. Bought product in Dec 2022, everything seemed to be working fine. I used it last week and flashing battery indicator meant it needed charging. Plugged it in, not thinking about if it was actually charging since there was no indication it was - like on the top showing charge, but thought it HAD to be. WRONG!!! Used it the next day to seal a bag and that battery needs charging indicator was flashing again. Plugged it back in thinking I hadn’t done it right the previous day. Let it go 24+ hours, tried to use it and that damn indicator was flashing again!!! Took the unit off the charging base, cleaned all the contact points, plugged it back in and let it charge over night. Tried to use it the next day - same thing!!! Indicator light flashing to charge!!!Called customer service, was on hold 48 minutes, then hung up as that’s way too long to be on hold, I’m my opinion . I then called again the next day and was connected within 5 minutes to a CS rep. She took my info and said she would send an email explaining what I needed to do to return the product.No email that day, no email the next day, no email the following day…. So frustrating !!!I then texted my issue to that same CS number because their online page says you can do that. Got a “canned” response back immediately saying they received my text and someone would be in contact with as soon as possible. It’s been 3 days now since I texted!!!Still NO response, and still no email a week later!!Horrible horrible customer service!!!And I still have a dead product!!
