PreSonus AudioBox 96 25th Anniversary Studio Recording Bundle with Studio One Artist DAW Music Production Software

This DAW is great for staring out and even those experienced. I have used it in my studio and has so many functionalities, too much to list here. The interface is easy to understand and the recording capability is simple.I’m sure there are better ones out there, but why break the bank if I’m not recording the band Metallica, it’s just me and my music!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Everyone says this DAW is terrific. I am still struggling to use it. It’s hard to get one on one help and I don’t do well with video instruction. Two of my friends bought it after they saw mine. Guess that’s a good endorsement.

As a guy, who plays all the things, in a weird basement full of all of the aforementioned "things", and their cables attached to clumsy musicians... where was I?This has been a really solid interface. Aaaand there's a bunch of great software that comes with it.So. Now you're saying to yourself, "**** I sure was hoping I would get to learn a new DAW!!!"Calm down, sassy. This is really intuitive. The latency is unnoticeable, your processor becomes your choke point.It really cleaned up my sound and STILL WORKS!!!(End SpongeBob narrative).

In general, it is a decent interface. Not an interface for percussion instruments. Pre-amps cannot handle the sound pressure levels (SPL) of drums. Might be OK for an overhead microphone.

It's changed my life. Would you believe previously I used my iphone XR to save my fledging music ambitions. Now, I can record each instrument and voice separately! And edit, and change, the list goes on. Highly recommend for starters don't know yet about the more expensive.

Problem is that changing all those audio settings to what you had recommended, messed up the audio on mi pc & i had no sound & had to take mi time to reset all that, and thats really rather inconvenient & nobody has time for all that ...And more impotently as well is there's just no interface or controls like on the advertisement as pictured, ect. and it's listed as being a simple plug & play & this is anything but ...And i used to have a Tascam version of this & it was much easier to use, as nobody's really got time for all this & it's just still not working properly anyway.And now after hooking this thing up, there is a constant buzzing & low end hum & crackling from mi speakers that was never there before & so now it just really seems like i have paid all this money, put all this time & effort into this thing & i'm just worse off before i purchased & received it, thank you very much.as this is so frustrating, contacted customer service & still havent heard anything back, should not have to do all this or go through all this, as it should just be a simple plug & play as advertised, thank you.

great quality of sound. use the downloadable Studio One software and the Universal Audio Controller I use it to mix down to stereo from my DAW to my PC. The mixdown sounds better than the original, and gives the sound a warm analogue tape quality.
