Q: Will these fit the shop fox w1727—1 hp 800 cfm dust collector ?

These bags will fit most large dust collectors of 1 & 2 HP. The bags have the size of what units it will fit. You just have to measure yours. I have a Shop Fox, but I still use the canvas bag, plus I also have one from Harbor Freight that uses the clear plastic bags. The bags were a bit larger than required, I just adjusted the bags to fit my unit. On the 2nd bag I installed, it bursted on starting the unit up right in the seam on the bottom. So I just reused the 1st bag I installed. For the price I paid for 5 bags, I consider it to be no big deal. I would not have brought those bags had HF keep them in stock at the time I needed a replacement.

Q: Do the bags come with a clamp

.No you have to use your old clamp, I heard some will use a strap tie down with a ratchet to tighten the strap. My metal strap is getting old so I might go to the tie down.

Q: How many gallons are these bags?

The bags to my knowledge, are not rated in gallons, nor in pounds. Its a bag made for saw dust collection to fit large dust collectors. When they are full of saw dust or savings, they can weight up to 15-20 lbs. If you filled it with water, then no one could pick it up. So if you wanting to use it for other purposes, other than what it was intended for, guess that would be a different matter. Now keep in mind that these are plastic bag and do tear easily if one is not careful when handling.
