Filled a surface hole in the chassis of my transit where the ABS sensor lead bracket clips in. Sets really quickly and goes as hard as the steel around it. Difficult to sand so get it as smooth as possible before it dries. I put chassis paint over it and it looks good.

Having invested in a builders’ wheelbarrow many years ago, not many of the modern versions reach the solidity and build quality of my original. However, it has had many years of tough work - building and gardening - so I decided to reinforce all the joints and welds. This product, which is the typical base filler and hardener mix, has good reviews.These products are always “tricky” to apply, e.g. too much hardener on a hot day, it will go off very quickly, so read the instructions on setting times and temperatures.So far, so good, “antique” but solid wheelbarrow looking all set for a few more years in the garden after a low cost refurbishment. All reviews of modern wheelbarrows denting easily and handles bending are a thing of the past.Like many of these products, it has a strong smell, so apply in a well ventilated space; ensure the metal to which is being applied is dry and give it a good wire brushing and dust before application.

This filler is the real deal. I used this alloy filler to repair a sizable chunk that had come off my BMW alloy. This was due to a repair shop hitting one of the spokes with a hammer when attempting to take a bolt off and then decided to use a wire brush to clean it and then spray paint it with a standard grey spray, so I thought I'd be better attempting the fix myself than leaving it with him.I couldn’t be more satisfied with this product. It applied smoothly, adhered well, and filled the area with ease. The consistency was just right, making the application process straightforward and stress-free. Once set, it sanded down cleanly and blended perfectly. This product worked exactly as expected—no surprises, just solid performance. Be sure to use plenty of masking tape when applying. £7 for a large 250ml sized tub is a bargain! Highly recommend. See my photos for the before and after pictures. The edge of my steel bath in my bathroom had completely rotted through. I didn't have time to replace it, so needed to find a way to patch it. I called a few 'professional' companies, but they said it wasn't fixable.So I gave this a try, using some metal mesh underneath and finishing with an enamel spray. I was amazed at how well it took, even when the patch required was really deep in places.Went on well, cured well and was easy to build up and sand smooth.I'd definitely recommend it

The first product I tried was much more expensive and came in three stupidly small tubes. They were rubbish. This is the real deal, easy to mix and use and it fills very nicely. It’s also easy to sand down to a smooth surface. Top marks
