Great To Help Reduce Stress!
My wife ordered these as she was feeling a little stressed, she says they were easy to take and that she did notice a bit of a difference while taking them as well. They didn’t upset her stomach or anything either. Overall, she was happy with her purchase.

Definitely worth it and it actually helps
Works me wonders I have really bad anxiety and it was hard to find something to help me with it I got to try them when my mom was passing away and it definitely helped me keep it together with my anxiety definitely recommend

Ashwaghanda may cause intense anxiety for some people
Ashwaghanda additive gave my husband and myself extreme anxiety compared to the regular stress relief gummies (they have no ashwaghanda) so we tried them a week and every time we took them we had horrible anxiety so we just stopped taking them and the anxiety stopped. I went back to the original blend of stress gummies that contain no ashwaghanda. Honestly these were a waste of money.

Great for anxiety
I used to take a lemon balm tincture for anxiety, but the tincture tasted so bad! So now I take these instead. They definitely help with anxiety.

For someone with mild stress
They do have a calming affect. I felt a lil calm and was able to concentrate just a tiny bit better but someone with major anxiety needs something stronger

They do work, don’t take it during the day because it gets you so sleepy! Afterwards you feel like a bus ran over you that’s thw only thing i did not like the side affects.
