I don't care too much for neon colors, but the book series I'm annotating is neon themed. These are great. Colors are neon but much more subtle.

So, most important to me is that they don’t damage the books and these don’t. They pull up easily from both paperback and more glossy pages. You can peel them up and reuse them multiple times. They do stick to the pages well, not sure why some reviews say they don’t. You can write on them with pencil or regular pen; gel pens, markers, or sharpie tend to smear though.As for the negatives, If you look at my photos you will notice 4 of the colors are quite opaque instead of transparent like the rest. They all are a bit harder to peel away only one at time from the backing page. They also don’t stick well on the backing page which seems to be construction paper.At a low price they’ll do, but they aren’t my favorite.

These tabs are great for whatever you need them for. I used them to annotate books and mark specific pages. They go on easily and remove very easily without damaging the pages. Very happy with this purchase and will definitely buy again.

All the different colors make it perfect for annotating, especially for school. It comes with a ton of tabs and will definitely last me the school year!

They seem to be be good for the price. I wish there was some more because I do use them at lot when im reading my books, but would buy again.
