Rusty product made in China
Spindles don't screw together. Rust on top and bottom of base. Even the screw that mounts the tall spindle to the base is rusted. Totally unhappy with this product. I don't believe the information on this product mentioned that it was made in China.

Base is metal not plastic, very sturdy & easy to assemble. Great price!
I was pleasantly surprised by the weight of the base, it's metal and very sturdy. The last one I bought came from a sewing store and it's base was plastic and cracked. I love that the upright part can be disassembled - so much easier to pack when going to sewing circles! I will be buying a couple more for my other machines. East to assemble, and a great value! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ITEM!!!

long arm is two pcs....breaks easy
The long arm is two pieces that screw together. Very short threads don't screw in all the way, and if you try, it breaks. I wouldn't have bought it if I had paid attention to the pictures.

Do not purchase this product.
Horrible product, package was open when I received it and the parts would not screw into this base. Returned it immediately.
