I’ve now been taking this for 5.5 months, and my levels are holding steady at 650. My provider would like me in the 750–900 range for optimal function, but I’m already feeling a huge difference.If you’re super sensitive to medications or supplements like I am, I can’t recommend this enough. I’m a very slow comt and this is a good supplement to not have me overstimulated like methylated B vitamins do. I need be vitamins since I carry the Genetic variants for it. Glad they made this
