What an awesome toy to keep kids busy and quiet!
Any child can work with these with very little instruction to get them going. During a lunch meeting, my 5yo did all the little cards in a set and then switched to 3D mode, with very little interruption. The 3-pack seems like a really good value. I also love that these are from an American company.

Great activity
Great learning activity. My kiddo has really enjoyed these. They came recommended by occupational therapists and were definitely worth it.

Great hands on lessons
I teach kindergarten special Ed. Finding engaging ways that have hands on fun to learn are key! The kids love these and stay engaged to learn the surrounding names/vocab.

What's not to like about Wiki Stix?
......besides the fact that they can end up in a tight, messy bundle if a child feels so inclined. But they are easy to untangle and reusable and good forever. I've never seen any get brittle and I've owned some as a parent and preschool teacher for 20 years. I was happy to see a set that would extend Wiki Stix use. I haven't seen my preschoolers go ga ga for them, but I also haven't formally introduced them. The cards are laminated, not thick, but still good wipeable quality. The exercises are good as well.

Fun while learning
My kids used wiki stix 25 years ago and loved them, so I purchased them for our grandchildren who also enjoy them. I found this educational set of cards, and our 5 year old is LOVING them. The two-year-olds are also enjoying the wiki stix though they don't follow the patterns without help. Another creative way to teach shapes, letters and numbers. Highly, highly recommend. We are on a family reunion destination vacation and brought these along. They stay on the glass coffee table 24/7 and are used throughout the day even by the adults at times. Small caveat: some of the wax is leaving a residual on the glass, so we'll need to remove that when we are done with our gathering.

Great for independent and educational play!
I have three kids, ages 3-6yo, and they all love playing with these! Not only do these help develop fine motor skills and teach educational basics, but they also encourage their creative sides to grow as they use them for free play. They’ve designed castles, Barbie-sized playgrounds, and have even created an entire family of dinosaurs. Our 11yo niece has also used them as math manipulative (as well as for free play). Definitely recommend!

A wonderful product
Wikki Stix are wonderful for working on fine motor skills. I use them to introduce and practice the formation of letters and numbers with preschoolers.

Perfect for teachers, families, specialists, home school teachers, just about anyone!
I have gotten different Wikki Stix activities sets before, but this set is probably the nicest that I have tried. I first learned about Wikki Stix from my son’s Occupational Therapist (moldable/bendable wax sticks that are extremely pliable so you can place them on a surface and create pictures with them.) Writing was very hard for my son, so the therapist used these to help strengthen his fingers/fine motor prior to their writing sessions. These helped make those sessions a little more fun for him. They are extremely versatile because you can twist, bend, or press them down, which means you are using different muscles in your fingers depending on what effect you want to do. So years later when I saw these I had to get these for my own preschool/PreK students, and they absolutely love them…(I have the dinosaur Wikki Stix set because my little ones love dinosaurs!)This set is very nice because it has all the basics, ABC’s, Shapes, and Numbers, as little ones can use fine motor skills to manipulate the Wikki Stix onto the different colored “boards”. Plus as you “play” you can talk about the different colors, the letters you are making, the shapes, the colors that you are using, about how certain letters have curves, lines, etc. incorporating lots of language. The cards are one-sided, which I love, because children can display all the shapes, letters, etc. at once, especially if they want to make a word or count numbers in order. (Sometimes manufacturers make alphabet cards are double-sided, then little ones have to flip over the card to do a different letter, but don’t have access to all the letters.)The actual Wikki Stix are easily taken apart and shaped, and can be put back into the box for reuse. I have had a set of Wikki Stix for over 4 years, and they don’t dry out, seeming to last forever. The included cards are the perfect size for little ones and are inviting with cute pictures, colors, and objects to count. They differ in design so each one is interesting and appealing to children. In the sets there are “creativity cards” so children can use the cards to create learning questions or make their own unique designs, using the Wikki Stix, a great STEM activity! Plus I love that there are some included booklets that give you ideas on how to extend on concepts they are learning. The question cards give students an interactive way to engage with the cards, as they can create an open-ended answer to some of the questions. Very important for that all-important creative thinking process! Some of the shapes in the Shapes Set even have numbers so children can learn to make the shapes and practice number order like a fancy dot to dot set, to reinforce counting skills. Plus there are basic and more advanced shapes including the “arch” architectural shape. A lot of thought went into creating this learning tool!I highly recommend these for Preschool/PreK students (to help “warm up” finger muscles prior to teaching writing), for any child that likes to be creative, any child that is working on pre-reading skills or needs help with learning numbers, shapes, or letters. As I mentioned before, our Occupational Therapist used these, and I think they are even a great tool for Speech and Language Therapists, because you can really get some great language out of children as you talk with children about what they are creating. I find my students with autism really like these as well. I definitely recommend them for teachers, home-school teachers, specialists, and even Art Teachers, as a way to introduce the concept of what a line is, what a curve is. Definitely a great tool in your teacher tool box that is fun and easy for little ones to become completely engaged, while learning.
