Very Well Designed and Reliable
I bought this unit as an exact replacement of a Fellows shredder that I used for 15 years. It is sturdy and reliable. I like its ability to shred thick labels and cards. One caution: I had trouble installing the casters on the bottom of the unit. Fortunately, the new shredder head fit exactly into the older unit.

A Shredder that performs as advertised
Great little shredder, I have been shredding 5 - 10 pages at a clip with no problems (jams or overheating). Good value without having to invest in a larger more expensive commercial device. Would definitely buy again.

paper shredder
this paper shredder is the second one I have had. The first was perfect. no problems and had it for years. This one I had trouble getting the castors on and it did not have the back pocket for storage of bags and oil. I guess I was spoiled by the first one. I am keeping this one because I need a shredder now. Would be nice if you sent me the back pocket. If you don't, I guess it is what it is. :(

Good value for the price

Bin doesn't compact and hard to close
The other shredder we had for 15+ years was better, but unfortunately died recently. After an intensive Google search for highly recommended shredders in 2021, we got this one. For the price, I'd expect more. The bin is smallish, and they didn't build the bin to 1) compact the shreds nor 2) manage trashbag lining. There's nowhere to fold the bag evenly and therefore gets stuck when trying to close the bin. The bin is not graceful closing either, usually takes 2 or 3 attempts to close it properly. Because of the lack of compacting, it has to be manually packed in (meaning more opening and closing battles) and the bin size is relatively small for the overall large size of the whole machine. If it weren't a pain to return, we'd return it.

Not a fan.
Constantly jammed, even with a few sheets of paper. Though fairly new the vibration would cause the bin to move forward and shut it off.
