This is a very good product it cleared all the faults and they didn’t come back

Works well and easy to navigate

I used this as described in the instructions (though I am a Mechanic) and for reasons unknown the system was bringing up faults, that when checked we're not there in the first place, and couldn't be cleared Additionally, it told me I had a permanent fault with my HVAC and it works on the button as if straight out of the factory, also the PAM showed a sensor failed, yet when checked the sensor is fine. Ultimately I cannot recommend this as it simply didn't work for me.

Good product.Takes a while to get to know and understand all the features but gives a lot of information that can take a time to decipher.Gave me the information that I needed to diagnose fault.

Its not as reliable as it should be from my opinion. Wont really read fault code when it is actually visible on the dash. Not sure if its faulty or not so 3 stars

it done what was expected, though i was unable to do reset on diesel exhaust shutdown inhibit keeps coming back with communication failure. which was main purpose i bought it as there is def milage countdown that i wanted to reset.

Arrived quickly, unfortunately it didn't do what I needed it to so I had to return it. Also beware you need windows software to update it so if like me you don't use windows then it's never going to be updated. Return and refund wasn't an issue and it seemed like a decent product with plenty to offer but it does have it's limits.
