I decided to leave a honest review after one month . According to the instructions 2 gummies a day but at first I felt that it’s strong on my stomach so I switched to one gummy each day for 2 weeks. It is work for me , I has lose a weight around 5 lb with light exercise , a small portions of meals each day , switched with healthy snacks and plenty of water during the day , I don’t feel carving for food which Help with bloated stomach as well. Recommend it for beginners but it’s take time until you see the results.

Absolutamente quita el apetito.. lo que si es que tienes que tomarlas con el estómago vacío si no lo haces así no funciona igual.. tengo 1 semana consumiendolas aun no pierdo peso pero si deje los antojos y a la hora de comer no puedes comer tanto... después del mes les actualizaré la reseña y les escribo si perdí o no peso.. pero vale la pena intentar!!! So I will put down my personal experiences after 2 weeks.I do feel like some of my appetite has gone down. I'm naturally eating less during meals and snacking less as well. Energy wise I feel mostly unchanged from before, Neither up or down. This is great as less calorie intake isn't' resulting in energy changes.Now some detriments. I am an avid "coke zero" drinker. I've had to limit myself to 1 a day now because the caffeine from too much started making me jittery. If i limit myself to 1 a day (maybe 2) I don't seem to have this issue. So keep in mind it might force you to change some habits. I also seem to be less 'regular" and had to injest more fiber to combat this.So I do understand that there is a placebo effect among most medications and it's difficult to get good results without a control, that said it does seem to be working for me. I don't know if it will work for you, but my guess is it will be largely is based on how your body deals withe extra green tea extract and caffeine.

I was looking for a product that would help me to kick start my body weight loss as I wasn't seeing the same results as I was before. Took it for about a week or so and was super sensitive to sodium being in my food, to the point I was gaining 3-5 pounds of water weight during the day. During my off day after taking no pills I noticed that I didn't gain any weight despite eating basically junk food the entire time, with barely any water weight, despite being pretty high on it that day. Took it 2 days later and noticed the spike again with eating hard-boiled eggs, a protein shake, and some low-sodium popcorn after walking for a solid 38 minutes, then later on that day doing kettlebell exercises.I do suffer from Crohn's however, and I've had a history in the past of having stomach pains specifically from caffine, so maybe it's that. Regardless, this didn't work for me so I can't recommend it.

After taking this product for about 2 weeks, ill leave my honest review, as far as appetite suppressant it didnt help much, I did fill a little fuller quicker but i was still able to eat the same amount of portions before taking and craved all my favorite snacks, if you struggle with emotional/stress eating this product is definitely not for you, as far with energy i noticed an increase in that aspect and it has helped with the morning hours but not a drastic change and definitely doesnt last long as i still felt a need for a nap randomly in the middle of the day, and i cant give a review on fat burning because i haven't noticed any changes in my body since taking, but ill continue the gummies and leave an update.Please note everybody is different and reviews and opinions will vary so buy if you want to try and take a chance to see the results.

Just started taking these yesterday but so far they give me a ton of energy, put me in a great mood, and seem to kill my appetite. I've been eating a little more than 2 a day because I love gummies and they are delicious. Will update my review if they help me lose weight, but I'm very impressed with them so far. Just the mood lifting effect makes them worth it in a way and that was unexpected. The ingredients must be high quality because I've had these ingredients before but they didn't affect my mood.

This isint a magic pill/gummy, lets get that out the way, just eating two of these a day will NOT make you your dream weight, but , with a mix of excersize, limited diet, it can. And its been about 2 months with just a small calorie defecit, and tons of walking and i dropped 20 lbs.As for the product it self and the taste, it tastes like a regular gummy, and contains 60 ( 2 daily meaning it’ll last you about a month)

I have been taking this now for about 2 weeks and have lost 3lbs, but I have decreased my calorie intake and walk10,000 steps per day. I don’t feel hungry and I do have more energy. So far so good.
