This mixture works great. Replaced old Kitchen aide that had died and did not want to spend a lot of money so tried this brand and it works great. Only drawback and it’s not a true issue but the mixer has suction cups on the bottom to keep it in place ….. those suction cups work GREAT and a bit too well. Usually have to,slide it to edge of counter to get suction to let go. 🤣Very happy with this mixer and highly recommend

Made cookies. Did a good job. The bowl was very cheesy. Very light weight. I had to stop the machine to scrape the sides down and scrape the bottom. I don't like the sticky pads on the bottom. The first time I raised the machine a pad fell off. It is very hard to unstick the pads or move the machine once you put it down.

Unfortunately my box was missing the dough hook for my mixer. However the seller waisted no time mailing me a dough hook once I let them know it was not included. The mixer works like a dream and is so much quieter than my hand mixer. It is so easy to use and the compact size makes it easy to store on my bakers rack lower shelf. I am an amateur baker and know this was the best purchase for me.

Testé ce matin pour un crumble aux pommes , quel bonheur , 5 minutes en vitesse lente c'est prét!!!Très stable sur le plan de travail , un peu bruyant mais tellement efficace qu'on lui pardonne.Pris en noir , il est joli et a l'air costaud.Contente de mon achat je recommande à 100 pour 100.

La compré por silenciosa y es verdad, para ser una amasadora. Soy un jubilado que se hace todos días el, pizzas, repostería, tartas... Va muy bien a baja velocidad , para hacer pan, y alta velocidad, montar nata. Hace un mes que la tengo y no encuentro nada negativo, incluso el brazo del vaso es pràctico.

Per chi ama la cucina,ma sopratutto preparare dolci e salati in casa,un prodotto come questo è sicuramente una manna dal cielo oltre a velocizzare le preparazioni.Planetaria in questione che offre un giusta potenza ( 1500w) con una capienza del boccale di 6,2 litri ovviamente.Gli inserti sono i classici 3:frusta a filo,gancio e frusta piatta.Trio interamente in acciaio,caratteristica non da poco in quanto vi sono in commercio prodotti con inserti in plastica.Inoltre pratico e comodo il paraschizzi che tappa la ciotola durante il funzionamento. Se volessimo montare le uova,panna o creare un pan di spagna,ci serve la frusta a filo.Più semplicemente per impasti liquidi o semiliquidi in cui bisogna incorporare aria.Con frusta piatta ci aiuta con impasti né particolarmente liquidi né eccessivamente duri e corposi. Esempio: pasta frolla o pasta brisé, pasta fresca, pasta choux e glasse.Ma nello stesso tempo anche per l’impasto per polpette, il composto di patate del purè o la farcia per i ripieni. In realtà, se il composto non va montato, è perfetta anche per i dolci, soprattutto quelli un po’ densi tipo muffin o cupcake.Mentre Il gancio (frusta) è indicata per la panificazione, ovvero tutti quegli impasti lievitati come pasta per il pane o per la pizza, brioche, focacce e panettoni, che richiedono una certa energia.Fatte queste premesse,Il suo utilizzo è molto semplice,ruotare la levetta per alzare il braccio e applicare l'accessorio più adatto.Successivamente abbassare il braccio e poi tramite la rotella impostare la velocità.Si inizia con una velocità lenta per poi passare gradualmente a quella più veloce (solitamente medio-alta) rispettando sempre i tempi della ricetta.Pulizia molto facile in quanto tutti gli accessori sono lavabili in lavastoviglie.Per togliere il cestello,basterà alzare il braccio(vedi sopra) e ruotarlo.Prodotto molto interessante,quando è in funzione il rumore è basso,inoltre durante la lavorazione grazie alle ventose posizionate sotto,resterà bene salda.Prodotto venduto ad un prezzo concorrenziale,si parla di fascia economica ma per l'uso casalingo e per imparare ad utilizzarla sicuramente è un buon acquisto.Personalmente mi sono trovato soddisfatto del prodotto,e mi sento di promuoverlo a pieni voti visto che per me è un grande aiuto in cucina,sopratutto per impasto senza glutine mi aiuta molto.
