Shake Light 40-B Rechargeable Flashlight

The flashlight is pretty bright but it may take some time by recharging it but still it really good flashlight without a battery

The media could not be loaded. Very nice, works good not great but a decent brightness, but far better than other shakelights and more reliable than solar flashlights. I bought this & liked it... so thought like many as it’s gotta be the same thing you see as others for less on the other estore etc. so bought more there for lil less. Attached pics of the comparison… this one is brighter, quieter when shaking, more solid feeling, better switch, has a lanyard attached. It worked great when the power went out. The competition or copycat version lets say well one didn’t even work for me and the other barely visible… so if you are thinking they are all the same they aren’t. This one seems to work the best in my tests. Just wish they would do FBA so Amazon would fulfill… would get much quicker instead of the slow usps delivery times

PRO - The dynamo mechanism that converts shaking motion into electricity is high quality. With the translucent body you can see lots of copper wire in the coil, and the stainless steel sliding weight which makes this a great educational tool. Rubber dampers at each end of the slide keep this quiet when shaken.CON - Sliding On/Off switch is flimsy. Light output, while nicely focused, isn’t too bright.

I got one of these at a convenience store that I worked at a while back but lost it a while ago. It was great and helped me quite a few times. Batteries always tend to leak in other batteries, especially in the heat of the south. This has no batteries and I don't have to worry about recharging it. Just shake! I am glad I found it again on here!!!

My son wanted one for his birthday. He loved it. It’s really cool and works well.

Single LED with very little illumination even at full power. Might be okay as an emergency flashlight, but for any real usage, it is not bright enough to be much help.

I have several of the these light and they are wonderful. As for battery life, it isn't very long but just shake it a little bit and it works. That is the point of it. Very bright for its size. Have one in the car oriented front to back so it always gets charged. Worth it for emergencies and power outages.

Clearly this has been in storage for a number of years, was already open and the light is flickering. Turns out the little rechargeable battery inside is corroding the contacts, the item is of low quality and used.
