I like mixing these with milk using a small hand-held mixer. Creamy and taste good. I also add some ice cubes to make it really chill. One for breakfast and I'm good until I eat my late afternoon/early evening dinner. Really curbs the appetite! My favorite flavors are banana, strawberry and chocolate. It's also a good way for me to get some calcium in by using milk instead of water.

This is a protein powder you can easily love mixed with water. No grainy, fake sweetener taste. Individual packs make it super easy to travel.

I tried the cheesecake flavor and it's really tasty and filling. The only issue, as others have mentioned, is that it's REALLY difficult to get all the powder dissolved. I always end up with a lumpy layer on the top of the drink, but it still tastes good, so I can deal.

The box had powder residue spilling out & when I opened the box I noticed that 1 of the packs wasn't sealed so it had been spilling out everywhere.

Love these! Vanilla is my least favorite, but they’re all good, filling, and low carb! I always use 12-16 ounces of water instead of the recommended 8 ounces. You simply can’t stir hard enough to get the powder dissolved with less than 12 ounces, and even 12 is a challenge. So you actually get more to drink that way anyway and it’s still thick and creamy just like a shake! I definitely recommend this and will continue to buy it when I run out.

Really tastes like bananas, and this has been my favorite high protein pudding. The taste is a little sweet for my liking, but admittedly this has been my favorite pudding from all this companies offerings. And I have tried them all.

The taste was NOTHING like cheesecake. Texture wasn't great either. I have eaten low carb, low fat, moderate protein products for almost 4 years so i have realistic expectations. But this one doesn't cut it. I'll struggle to eat 7 packets and will NOT reorder.
