I have ordered HexClad cookware products for my two daughters and myself, and we all are very happy with each item. They wash well in a dishwasher and you can use any type of utensils without worry of scratching. The prices are higher than most other cookware brands, but well worth the extra cost.

This pan is worth the money. I can actually make an intact omelet now. Even temp throughout the pan.

There is a spot for your order number if you ordered from Amazon. I encountered an issue with the middle of the pan slightly wearing a bit about 5 months after use, and was able to file a warranty claim. They replaced it for free! They will make sure that you used the pan correctly. We love this pan and the customer service is top notch! If you are any type of home chef or professional chef, we highly recommend!
