Great stuff. I’ve been taking for about two weeks and can tell a difference in my energy levels throughout the day. my sleep pattern has improved. This is a really great shilajit.i can feel it works. I'm a runner and constantly looking to improve my endurance it has helped with that and recovery. It's hard texture so I warm it and have it straight off the stick. It tastes natural and easy to get used to. Really good quality

It’s the real deal- it’s pure. However I’m dropping one star because it’s a sticky mess. There’s got to be a better, cleaner delivery system.
