Sturdy
Actually a very good and sturdy bench - has made my home workouts more enjoyable and considering i am a 95kg man and can be lifting another 80kg while on the bench I can confirm it is very sturdy

Best solution for a home gym
I love this thing. It is very sturdy and the bungie cord holes make it extremely versatile. Beats a traditional bench as you can use it as a step box and a weights bench. Has all you need in terms of adjustment. Yes it is not a soft surface when you lie on it, but use a towel, comfort sorted! I heartily recommend.

Great for small home gym use
I've been pretty pleased with this bench so far. The number of features it offers in comparison with other benches at this price point is outstanding. A lot of the standard benches at this price can either be difficult to adjust, or a bit unsteady during use but this has no such problems. It's very sturdy and sure-footed. It's easy enough to move but heavy enough to remain in place during use. The back-rest incline levels are good for what I want to do with it and most users will find the levels just fine for military presses or dumbbell presses when sitting on it.I can't give it 5 stars for two main reasons though. The first reason is that it is not comfortable to sit or lay on. The surface is great for stepping and has lots of grip, if that's what you want it for but if you intend to do any kind of dumbbell or barbell press exercises from a seated position, or laying on it, you will want to put a towel or two on it first because it feels awful otherwise. If those type of exercises are primarily what you want a bench for, I probably wouldn't buy this one.Secondly, the resistance bands and the skipping rope it comes with are not that great. The resistance bands don't have enough resistance in them for most (even weak or frail) adults. I have a another set, which I bought a long time ago that are far better and were not expensive. They have better tension and better handles. I'm using those with this bench instead.I would have liked Adidas to include maybe a set of 3 bands at different tensions to satisfy users of different strengths and abilities rather than providing one band that's not much good for anything or anyone. The skipping rope is just cheap and nasty. The handles are tiny and the rope itself is plastic that warps and kinks. I won't be using it.This is a good product though. It takes up no more space than a regular bench, has far more versatile functions and has a place to store resistance bands and a rope, if need be. If you need a step and a bench that can decline and incline, this isn't a bad option to combine the two.
