Firstly I do love these frames and have bought many for family photos. Unfortunately on this occasion I can only give it two stars as it arrived with a huge crack in the glass. It was in tight shrink film which held the glass in, Amazon asked me to return it and they will refund me once they have it. I am reluctant to purchase again until I am in receipt of a refund. When I get a refund I will buy again and hope it arrives safely as it matches the other frames.

Arrived smashed but still in its packaging. Despite being very dangerous to handle, I was asked to return it in order to receive a refund, however it isn't safe to post shattered glass. Very unhappy.

This is really misrepresented.The front of the frame is brushed chrome but the sides are just black, making it look really cheap and nasty. It’s as though it was too expensive to have a frame with metal all round so they just put it on the front and left the sides bare to cut costs. I’ve bought nicer frames for a quarter of the price of this one.Promptly returned.

It looks lovely and is good quality. Only issue was that the thing you use to hang from the nail pinged off in gently raising it off the backboard to use it. So, good but a little flaw. Doesn't matter if you aren't hanging it though.

I purchased this lovely 😊 photo frame after Xmas for my grandsons photo it’s very good quality and comes in three colours and l would definitely purchase more of these good price, very good quality
