Great Perforator
I had a lot of top of the wall wallpaper border to be removed from a bedroom and bathroom. I discovered that I had to remove border that had been applied over some other border that had been painted over. So I needed to remove two layers of border. I had one of the usual little hand-held wallpaper scorers, but that took a lot of elbow grease, and it would not go all the way through both layers. The Warner perforator worked great because the long handle let me apply pressure to the wall that the little scorer wouldn't, the Warner perforator points are longer and much sharper, and the width of the roller let me perforate a lot of border at one time. The length of the points went all the way through the two borders. I used a steamer on some of it, and Wallwik wallpaper remover on the rest. It was still a lot of work, but the Warner tool made it much easier.

Danger! Many SHARP points exposed!
The media could not be loaded. Have not used it yet so cannot review efficacy. This review is to warn you of danger unpacking the tool. Many SHARP points on roller. There is no safety cover included. This is definitely not a toy. Keep away from children or irresponsible handlers.

Works... and no shoulder grinding circle motions.
Works great. The plastic cover is cheap and breaks. However, the spikes are less than 1/4 inch long. This is in no way a deadly weapon on account of the spikes. If you injured yourself using this, it's more of a statement on your intelligence and not the danger of this product.

P.O.S.
I was looking forward to using this product because I have been working on removing not your regular type of wallpaper but, vinyl wallpaper! The product worked great for about five hours until it broke where the rivets met the handle. It is now unrepairable so maybe the garbage man will find a use for it!

Works Great
Good construction, solid product. I used to out holes in plaster worked great. If using on wallpaper is recomend not pushing very hard because it will puncture into your sheetrock

Roller falls off as you use it
Works fairly well - poorly engineered. The little spikes are pretty sharp and penetrate the wallpaper easily- after this it pulls off with just hot water and dawn in a sprayer. But- the roller part is fastened to the handle with just screws into the side. As you roll it, the screws back themselves out because the roller doesn’t turn around the screws. So you have to stop after every couple of panels and screw them back in. The more you use it, the worse this gets. Total pain.
