Decent earphones according to the price
Considering the price the earphones are good... The only problem is with the bass... The bass is very low... I agree that this comes at a very cheap price but there should be little better bass the sound is feels like flat... Apart from the bass the sound quality is is good and clear and the wire quality is decent according to the price... I would have given 5 starts if the bass was little better... Overall a good earphone 👍

Nothing but a piece of string..
First day impression is audio works, outputs good sound, calls are clear at the other end so can say mic works too. Does its job and fulfil it purpose. But as far as overall feel good satisfaction is concerned, then have to say, item lives to its name. Its nothing but a piece of string, very very delicate; thin wires, thin 3.5 pin, thin bud caps. feels scary to hold and fold to carry in pocket, fear it might get pulled from some end breaking connector and stop working. Quality is not up to the mark and its not worth the money, should not pay more then rs70 to rs100.Disappointing that how unethical people have become just to do business. All they have done is, order cheap stuff from china, put their label and sell online with aim to make money. Wont be surprised if it does not live long enough, not durable at all. Wondering if its best to return for better quality product.Just to add - this is replacement item. First one received came with bad packaging and missing set of ear bud caps. it was looking dirty too as if used before... Amazon did a quick replacement, scores 10 out of 10 for quick response..Update: there is a steel like ring on back top of the ear bud - which is not visible in the photo. Are you sure this is the correct item you have sent? or its a different version just cause it was in sale??

About the product
I recently picked up a pair of earphones that have totally transformed my listening experience, and I just had to share my thoughts. Right out of the box, I was impressed with the sleek design; they look modern and feel comfortable even after hours of use. Overall, these earphones have exceeded my expectations. They’re a perfect blend of comfort, quality, and practicality. If you’re looking for earphones that tick all the right boxes, I highly recommend giving these a try!

You get what you pay for
Edit: Worst customer service ever! I thought I could contact the ambrane service team about the problem. I didn't get a response by email AT ALL. I contacted them through WhatsApp and they finally responded. They wanted me to send the earphone packed with the original box and all accessories by courier to Delhi, as they don't have a service centre anywhere else in India. I love in Bangalore, and most companies have a branch here. Anyway, I asked them if they would reimburse the courier cost, and they said not until they have examined the earphones and concluded that it is a manufacturing defect. I was not willing to hassle this much for a cheap earphone and got an IEM with removable cables (I don't like Over ears as my ears get very sweaty), as they seem to be the primary point of failure. I got the KZ ZST, for around ₹1200, if anyone wants to know.Original: I got these for around ₹170. For the price, the sounded good enough. Don't expect too much bass. The mic quality is decent as well. They were also one of the only comfortable to wear in ear earphones I've tried. But the main thing these guys skimp on to get to the price is the build quality. Within three days of usage, the metal cylinder around the 3.5mm jack fell off.In about two months, the wire or the jack has already suffered from loose contact and I've lost the mic and left ear signal. I can still get it to work if I hold the wire at a precise angle, but it is pretty much unusable. My advice would be to protect the jack with one of those metallic spring things, which are made specifically for this purpose.

Didn't meet my expectations
The sound quality was great and has a moderate bass . But the earphone build feels cheap . The divider cable was very thin . The music goes un clear when we turn the volume to the max level. Conclusion a great low budget cheap earphone.
