I've got the power!
Remember when your mom used the edge of a plate to tenderize meat? Well this just up'd your game. This bad boy has a nice feel in your hand, nice weight and is great for flattening pork chops. Washes up in a jiffy and it is durable! Can't weight to try chicken breast!

This has been a great standard addition to my kitchen. I love to cook on my blackstone and this has been great for tenderizing my chicken. Lightweight, great grip, perfect size, and easy to clean.

Great purchase.
Very sturdy and the handle is well attached to the mallet end. I feel very comfortable using this with minimum exertion. The quality of the metal is very good. The size of the metal that touches the meat is quite large and allows you to tenderize the meat in less steps. It cleans up easily and has done well washing in the dishwasher. I think this is adorable item. The handle is very nice size for grip. Not overly heavy.
