This works exceptionally well! I experience severe constipation due to IBS and medications I take, including opiods. Even with the medications to combat the IBS and opiod related constipation, and the addition of home made kefir milk, the constipation was still significant. The addition of Irwins Naturals Healthy Tract Prebiotic has solved my problem!!! I would highly recommend it to anyone. Two notes of caution: One: The pills are huge! And the dose is 4 per day, either taken at once, or throughout the day. Two: One bottle contains only 15 days worth of servings. So for a full month, 2 bottles are necessary!

This product works great. I don't regularly take 4 a day. Most of the time just twice a day and it works great. Sometimes 3 times and if I forget once a day with no problems. I notice when I take this regularly my weight stays in lower than when I go off it for a while.

This product has a good combination of ingredients. I take three a day, one with each meal. Another prebiotic brand I used didn’t seem to have any effect, so I stopped using prebiotics with probiotics, until this product caught my eye. This is the second time I’m ordering.
