Product has been helping me eat less which is helping my diet. I get fuller faster and eating less. My energy is also back. Definitely make sure to take with a meal. Working good!

I used to use a similar supplement combination product for patches on my body and was looking for something I can take as a capsule so tried this product. It works as same as I expected. I have noticed that I gain more energy, and better bowel movements, and somehow helps with my leg swelling to reduce.

Ladies, all I have to say is that I lost 22 lbs with this product! It definitely works. No side effects, easy to take 2 capsules in the morning and watch the pounds disappear! I reached my goal of 165 and currently take once a week for maintenance. I'm maintaining my goal of 165...was 187 when I started. Used the product daily for 3 months.

Not every product works for every body. I didn't notice any difference with adding these to my routine. Either in measurement or energy. 2/day in the morning just as directed consistently.I wouldn't recommend for or against because of the 1st statement I made.
