Q: What is the resistance?

Its a great band. I have several sizes. Each size has different resistance but spri is a very good band. Ive had mine for a long time. Durable.

Q: Is there a place to see that a particular band gives you "xx" to "yy" pounds of help if you're using this for a pull up assist?

I don't think so, because the further you stretch the band the more help it gives. If you step into the band for a pull up it will give you more help than if you bend your knee and place your knee in the band.

Q: Is there a chart someplace the shows resistance levels for each color/width of band?

Sorry, I am sure there is somewhere, but I made my selection based on a band I used at a gym.
