What can I say besides this is amazing. I don't usually have trouble sleeping but I wanted to balance out cortisol levels and I was reading about taking this before bed.... Ok, first I do not generally give reviews of products. I do read them, but rarely give my opinion. This one however, deserves a review. I have been having lower leg and toe cramps for some time. Product is good and I recommend it to the others.The only issue was the delivery:Amazon used USPS service for delivery. USPS deliverers all my regular mail and packages almost every day. This time they couldn’t deliver the package for no reason. I spent 2 hours to go to the local office and pick up my package !

This magnesium has been a total hit for my family!
