PERFECT SIZE FOR MOST SKILLET CASSEROLES!
I love Green Pans! I bought a set a few years ago that I use for almost everything. The sauté pan in the set had a scrape/cut in the finish when I received the set, but I was too eager to use my new cookware.I finally got the message that it was not a good idea to use a non-stick with surface damage. Since I use the sauté pan for most dinners, this was the replacement. I was surprised that it is bigger than the original pan, but it’s the perfect size for me!Sometimes I hand wash Green Pan pieces, and sometimes I put them in the dishwasher. The only thing I’ve learned not to do is to add cold water to a hot pan.

I love this pan - but package info said it's not dishwasher safe
I was disappointed when the package said it wasn't dishwasher safe. But I decided to keep it anyway, and I love it. Nothing sticks to it, and it takes just a minute or two to wash by hand, no matter what I cooked in it. I'm about to buy a couple more in different sizes. It says they are dishwasher safe, but I'm not holding my breath. I love them anyway.

Handle blackened
Pan is great, very non-stick, never stains. But this model has a plastic handle, and as large as thr pan is, the handle got blackened on the bottom side near the pan on my gas stove. I didn't have the handle directly over the flame. I hope it doesn't weaken and break.

Just Okay
I’ve had this pan for almost a year. I have three Greenpan products. None of them are completely non-stick. I use a low setting when cooking and food still sticks to the pan. They are definitely easier to clean than pans that are not non-stick. I also like the size.

Amazing pan
Wanted a good set of pans to replace some cheap aging non stick ones we had. Some of the ceramic has been scratched even though we dont own metal utensils and we hand wash them, i think just from dishes hitting it in the sink. But still a great value and we use them every day, sometimes multiple times a day. Even if this doesnt have longevity, I'd still buy another one to replace it.
