What a great little PC!
This has become my new go to PC in the home. It is small (smaller than a paperback but slightly thicker - not even noticeable on my desk), and makes virtually no noise from either fans or hard drive! A breeze to setup. Windows 11 easily started up, definitely preferable to Windows 10. Excellent sound through speakers or HDMI. This would be great for Linux although I haven't tested that yet. Very responsive and great price point (bought around Black Friday).I would definitely buy more Beelink mini PC as the need arises. I'm glad I didn't buy a Mac mini which is at least twice the price!

Great Mini PC, Get the 5560U instead of the 5600H
I ordered both the version with the Ryzen 5 5560u and the Ryzen 5 5600h. My concern was that though the 5600H was a faster processor, it would be limited by power and/or thermals. I was right I ran benchmarks with Geekbench and Cinebench on each. The the 5560u was very close to the 5600H with the 5600h leading in Geekbench and the 5560u leading in Cinebench. The 5560u ran cool and quiet with no hiccups, while the 5600h thermal throttled and peaked around 27watts, not the processors claimed 45-54watts. The 5560u on the other hand is only a 15watt part, and is easier to cool. The two mini PCs are basically the same except for the processor, and for me the one with the 15 watt Ryzen 5 5560u is the better computer. I am using mine as a mini game server for about 6 different games, and it is doing perfectly.Benchmark results:Ryzen 5 5600H,Geekbench single core 1362Geekbench multi core 6747Cinebench single core 1166Cinebench multi core 6628Ryzen 5 5560u,Geekbench single core 1342Geekbench multi core 6244Cinebench single core 1282Cinebench multi core 7788

Not suitable for Gaming
This mini Pc worked fine for about a month then after that it overheated and just shut down and couldn't be turned back on. It will play games that are 10+ years old at low settings but beyond that it will not work for any gaming needs. Invest in something better.

great little machine, with W system you will have some issues with reboots and network
Update - first I wanted to return this thing due to lan file transfer issues, but changed my opinionAfter trying many things it turned out it is bill gates issue, Microsoft can't figure out how to transfer data over network fast, my 12y old win 7 does it fine, and here we are B and B dollars invested to make it worse. Unbelievable. Another issue I have is also just windows related turns out. Really need to move over to Linux, but we all know with games we are stuck with w.blamed this pc at first but I was wrong. The only remaining potential hw issue is that after some w updates that require reboot the pc don't power up and I have to physically unplug power to make computer power up again, manually long pressing on/off will not do it.

Great for its size.
I had a prior Beelink mini PC and it was dependable but slow. Using it for Blue Iris monitoring with 8 cameras. The prior unit was always maxed out 100% processor use. This unit has better graphics card, newer and faster processor and more memory. The same monitoring system now uses 19% processor and overall is much faster. Similar size to older Mini PC. So far runs cooler to touch. I can’t compare to other mini desktop units, but very pleased for the price and size of this unit. Although my primary computers are MacOS and linux, I would buy again if i need a Windows box

SER5 = nice... with some annoying downsides
Overall, snappy little mini PC. Can't go wrong for the price... but prepare for some annoyances.1. I installed a fresh copy of Win11 on a faster/bigger 2TB Samsung NVME drive. Unit does not come with a Win11 license code, nor was I able to find a way to extract the code from the drive that came with it. It wouldn't register with Microsoft, either. Not saying the Win11 Pro code it comes with is fake, but it is a bit sus.2. Upon installing the fresh copy of Windows11 I had a heck of a time finding all the drivers. Beelink's website is worthless. I finally had to put the original drive back in and thankfully there's a folder on the root of C: that contained them. (pro tip if you plan to upgrade)3. The USB ports are upside down! So annoying.4. No USB 3.x ports on the back. Why? This is where most people would plug in backup hard drives and other devices... enjoy slow speeds!5. The power button light is obnoxiously bright! Wear sunglasses or you'll be annoyed with this bright light constantly blinding you.6. The USB C port and the USB A port next to it on the front are so close together you can't use them both simultaneously. Poor engineering. That being said, zero regrets buying it and would do it again.

Amazing little computer
This little computer is amazing. It makes no noise what so ever. I was a little concerned that the powerful CPU (AMD Ryzen 7-4800u) would overheat but it has had no problems at all. It has such a small form, it will fit wherever you want it to go. I did research and at around $400 this model has an amazing processor and runs every application I have loaded including video editing software.

I think this computer is spot on!
I like lots of things about this PC. The physical size is fantastic, the lack of noise is incredible, the performance is crispy and solid - this computer is totally what I needed but didn't know it, I was shopping for another laptop and somehow noticed a similar model and here I am, very happily. No complaints at all, going to get another one for a friend for Christmas.
