Great Clean Baking Powder Alternative
When I can't find this in our local stores, I grab this here on Amazon. I really like this baking powder and that the ingredients are much better than most out there.

This baking powder made with cassava does the job without nasty ingredients. I like the velcro closure.

Worked perfectly in pancakes
This was the main leavening agent I used in my pancakes, and they fluffed up perfectly! It works great, doesn't have aluminum or corn starch. It's exactly what I wanted. I love it!

It works well
Works very well, if you are making a dense dough like biscotti that normally takes 1 tablespoon, i use 1.5 tablespoons for good results. Just wish the shelf life was longer.

Powder good, bag needs adjusting
It’s great except the tearing tabs did not open the bag. I had to use scissors. But I’m glad to find a corn-free baking powder!
