Googled best cold gels for muscles and this cropped up on a review site , got it on offer for about £10 for a big pot so went for x2 of them as it was cheap !Fantastic stuff .The gel is thick and doesn’t stick to the skin initially so be careful otherwise it may fall on the floor when it’s on your hand , but once you start robbing it in it loosens and spreads easily then within a few minutes it’s COLD !!!!! I mean COLD !, last around half an hour or so but the aches have at least halved if not fully gone .I use this for bicep tendonitis and a reoccurring neck / shoulder injury and it definitely helps .It’s also a lot better than deep freeze if you’re used to that , as comparison .

Great if you have problem joints it cools them right down ,some joints need cooling rather than heat this is great second time I’ve ordered

You can feel it's doing something but I suppose it can't perform miracles! Maybe best for a chronic back ache but doesn't really help a sharp back pain.

This is great stuff but the price fluctuates wildly. I bought my first bottle for under £15 (which is great value) and it's slowly gone up to £25. Now when looking to buy more I see it's £45, which is insane. It's good but not good enough to spend that amount, plus if you use it more than once a day it will only last 2, maybe 3 weeks.

Absolutely does the job a superb auality and lasting freeze effect for pain

This genuinely works and helps with muscle tightness. It has a thick consistency but spreads and absorbs very quickly. I used it on my neck after the gym and when I go for run. Also lasts a very long time.

Good price and delivery

I usually use hemp but 1 I like has doubled in price, so tried this. It's ok gives a cool feeling but not much..its a pump which is great, but as I put on my leg it drops on floor as bit watery
