I love these

Food supplements are not the easiest thing to review in terms of their efficacy but these high strength krill oil capsules provide a clean source of omega 3 fatty acids which are beneficial and help support cardiovascular health, immune enhancement, brain and joint health and have no fishy after-taste. The essential fatty acids (EFAs) include both omega-3 fats (high in the vital compounds EPA and DHA) and omega-6 fats. EFAs cannot be manufactured in the body but are beneficial to normal health and metabolism. Therefore, EFAs must be obtained through one's diet.Unlike fish oils, pure Krill oil carries omega-3s in the form of phospholipids that deliver the fatty acids directly to the body's cells. Krill Oil is also better absorbed than fish oil - this means you can take one fifth of the dose. It also contains naturally occurring astaxanthin known as a super antioxidant, which may protect against free radical damage, high cholesterol, arthritis, and support the immune system. It’s for these reasons I take this supplement.

Tasteless small easy to swallow

I have been using these for a little while now. Gym and football seems to be taking more of a toll on my body as I get older and these have been fantastic especially after a hectic game of 5 a side football. I get moderate pain in my ankles the morning after a game. After a few weeks of using these, the pain seems to have all but gone. I'm not totally pain free and I will try to update this in the coming weeks but its barely noticeable.As far as functionality is concerned these are a 5 star. However, very occasionally (and I have yet to pin down why it happens), half an hour or so after taking these, a very fishy taste seems to repeat on me. But a strong espresso dissipates it.However, these little tablets of red gold are excellent and the minor negative shouldn't dissuade anyone from taking them and experiencing their benefits.

These red krill are excellent; I have purchased them numerous times.

if you get a 500 gram gram of chocolate for 1 pound and you get a 1000gram bar of chocolate for 2 pounds ,of course its plain obvious you are getting more chocolate ,the advert is not saying you are getting 2 for 1 or extra 100 % for nothing and yes you pay twice the priceso instead of taking 500 mg in 2 hits ,you only need to buy the 1000gram box ,of course theres more krill oil and omega ,they are double strength capsules and not your 500 standard strength (instead of low strength they are high strength .shame the moaner cant read and tell the difference between high and lowit just like a computer component same 2 graphics cards but one is better because its been overclocked to its full potential ,so don't listen to crap from that review

Not too fan of the smell but after trying different brands this is my favourite, I see results after 2 weeks
